  • To establish the actions the company must take to comply with the Law and provide an estimate of the associated cost.    

Actions for adapting to the Law:

  • Notify the Data Protection Agency Register of files.  
  • Establish the correct level of obligatory security measures.  
  • Compile the Security Document.  
  • Guarantee third parties the right to access, rectify and annul their personal data.  
  • Formalise relationships with third party companies who receive said data.
